Child care for infants and children through the 5th grade is available for daytime and evening events such as choir practice, adult education classes, committee meetings, if requested at least five days in advance. It is the parent's responsibility to contact the Child Care Coordinator, Donna Tramontano, 303-933-4191 to both schedule and cancel child care.
In accordance with the Hope UMC safety policy, we make a good faith effort to have two persons in the child care rooms at all times. All Child care attendants are an important part of our staff. Each has had a background check. They are scheduled as they are needed, and we respect their time and availability. This makes it essential that we know who and how many children to plan for. A standing reservation can be made for all sessions.
All children are required to be signed in by the adult who will pick them up. Please inform the attendants in advance if an adult other than the one dropping the child off will pick them up at the end of the activity. Pagers are provided to parents to ensure the ability to communicate with them if necessary. When you bring your child in, please be sure all diaper bags and bottles or tippy-cups are labeled with your child's name.
Parents are asked to complete Registration and Medical Emergency Forms for the nursery records.
